Qualifications
BCompt degree or BTech degree
Experience & Knowledge
- Completed articles at a registered auditing firm or a minimum of 3 years’ relevant accounting experience
- Must have sufficient experience within the fresh fruit industry
- Computer skills and extensive experience in Excel
- Cost accounting and standard cost principles are essential
- Forex handling

Job Description
- Capturing and review of produce and related cost elements and adjustments
- Weekly preparations and review of payments to producers
- Sending of payment remittances to producers
- Reporting on producer payment summaries
- Managing ledgers for any deductions on producer payments
- Invoicing of costs back to producers
- Reconciling and reporting on balance sheet items, relating to control accounts on standard cost
- Onboarding of new producers
- Various reporting
- Any other relevant accounting functions as required
