If so, this fulltime 12-month Learnership Programme offers you a unique opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable work experience, and earn a qualification.
Important information about this position:
- Location: Swellendam
Please note that this position is not with Star South Fruits but with one of our esteemed business partners in the Academy. - This learnership program is based on a Citrus farm, offering opportunities in Packhouse Management, Quality Control, Farm Management, Sales, and Logistics.
How does the Learnership work?
- The programme will run for 12 months.
- Learners will rotate through various divisions of the business, gaining exposure to a variety of jobs and discovering their passion.
- Throughout the duration of the programme, learners will be required to study one of the comprehensive programmes offered by Star South Academy.
What are the candidate requirements?
- National Senior Certificate
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Applicant must have their own accommodation and transportation capabilities
- Trustworthy
- Self-disciplined
- Resilient and able to work under pressure
- Committed and hardworking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on and practical approach
