Qualifications
- BCompt. Degree or BTech Degree
Experience & Knowledge
- Completed articles at a registered auditing firm or a minimum of 5 years relevant accounting experience
- Understanding of the fruit industry would strengthen your application
- Computer skills and extensive experience in Excel
- Cost accounting & standard cost principles are essential
- Forex handling

Job Description
- Manage full creditors process on producers
- Capturing of produce and related cost elements & related adjustments
- Weekly preparation of payments to producers
- Sending of payment remittances to producers
- Reporting on producer payment summaries
- Managing ledgers for any deductions on producer payments
- Cash flow management
- Monthly updating of standard costs
- Invoicing of costs back to producers
- Management of balance sheet items relating to control accounts on standard cost
- Various reporting
- Bank reconciliations
- Onboarding of new customers and producers
- Processing of commercial invoices and credit notes
- Preparation of weekly and monthly commercial creditor payments
- Monthly report on commercial creditors
- Any other relevant accounting functions as required
