Job Description

• Provide comprehensive support to senior management
• Assist with any task to improve senior management’s productivity and efficiency
• Oversee the overall coordination of directors’ vehicles
• Coordinate all travel arrangements and provide after-hours support, if needed
• Manage sponsorship inquiries and liaise with stakeholders
• Manage scheduling of meetings and boardroom bookings
• Handle invoicing and reconciliation of vendors
• Maintain an organized filing system and accurate recordkeeping
• Fully cover office manager’s tasks during absence
