Job Description

  • Loading of invoices
  • Coordinate and maintain vendor accounts
  • Maintain building management and liaise with service providers
  • Update files and ensure accurate recordkeeping
  • Complete onboarding and exit forms, ensuring timely updates to documents and processes
  • Compile letters, reports, and general correspondence
  • Coordinate issues logged with IT and ensure they are attended to timeously
  • Conduct stocktakes and keep records of office equipment
  • Track and report on telephone handsets and switchboard systems
  • Maintain a neat and tidy workspace
  • Execute general admin duties as requested by the Line Manager

Remuneration

  • Market-related, depending on experience and qualifications
